Really good food: our order was cooked in front of us from scratch on the white-hot coals, and the whole food prep area is spotlessly clean & in full view of the waiting customer. We opted for delicious chicken and salad wraps and the hummus with Turkish bread was spectacular. The staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend. (Just make sure you take cash or be prepared to walk down to the cashpoint in The Thoroughfare.)

Excellent food, very authentic, reasonably priced, lovely new tables and chairs, very efficient staff, but best of all is the delicious kunefe for pudding which I would highly recommend. The shish kebab was amazing, lots of lamb, which was of excellent quality, a glorious salad, rice and flat bread. Everything tasted just as it does when we are in Turkey, even the herbs in the salad. A welcome addition to Woodbridge.

The food is fantastic, good quality authenticity cooked, looking at other reviews I would have to agree there has sometimes been a grumpy chap taking orders or at the till in the past , It’s worth it, the best kebabs I have ever had are from turkuaz, a lot of very authentically cooked Turkish food (not what you will get at your local kebab) and the place appear clean and practises I’ve seen seem safe I have a level 2 food hygiene certificate and have worked as a chef in the past.

Recently moved to the area, fancied a healthier takeaway option and was not disappointed! Had a large lamb shish and chicken shish wrap. Both meats were delicious. beautifully seasoned and tender. Served with lots of fresh salad and lovely sauces. The smell in the restaurant was incredible and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend it!

Turkauz is the best kebab shop in Suffolk! So good, so fresh, and the chips are the best. They're always so lovely to see and a real part of the Woodbridge community. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I was so happy to see that there is a Turkish restaurant in Woodbridge... even more when I saw they are serving iskender and have a real Turkish black tea ... Food was great and the people who are working there very pleasant, full of care for the customer. Can I just mention how nice it was from them to extra gift me on the way out box of baklavas (traditional Turkish sweets)?... I only wish they had soups, but I can understand why not, probably the Turkish community is not big there and not many people would order it, while it requires time to prepare. Definitely recommend you! P.S. Also, the interior design is lovely :)
